Active dedusting filter (with the possibility of having the passive version) for Turbo mixer.
All parts, both in contact with the product and external, are in AISI 304 stainless steel, including nuts and bolts, for installation in an IIGD ATEX21 environment.
Cartridge or bag filtration, with the possibility of choosing between Teflon-coated, antistatic and/or high temperature versions, basing on individual product needs.
Cleaning of the filter is automatic and is carried out by means of compressed air, with an accumulation tank.
Disassembly of the filter can be done via the top cover.
The filter is also equipped with an electric fan for extraction, which can be installed:
- on the ground with support base
- on top of the filter itself
The electric fan is connected directly to the jet-filter with piping, bends and grounding braid for the piping itself.
An automatic diverter valve is provided to complete the machine, also made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
In detail, it will be complete with pneumatic actuator, 24 VDC solenoid valve and connector and allows the deviation of the output towards the fan or towards a duct.
