Doser for non-flowing and/or sticky products.
Made of AISI316 stainless steel and complete with horizontal agitator.
Completely removable from the front and rear, the equipment of each doser will include a 0.37kW motor for the agitator and dosing screw.
An AISI304 stainless steel hoppe complete each feeder, with a capacity that can be defined according to the customer’s needs; bolted lid for automatic loading, product inlet nozzle and air vent sleeve.
You will achieve the gravimetric dosing thanks to a weighing platform, consisting of a scale plate and internal frame in AISI304 stainless steel and load cell
Also, we provide no. 4 stainless steel feet to stabilize the machine and ensure safety and precision.
