The volumetric vibrating channel is indicated when it is necessary to dose a product in fragile granules or in coarse pieces, which could be damaged with the classic auger doser.
The parts in contact with the product are all made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with the possibility of making it in AISI 316 on request, in the case of dosing corrosive products.
The standard width of the vibrating channel can be 30-50-100-150 mm, but it is possible to tailor it according to the customer’s request and application.
The vibrating base, which in this type of dosage acts as a motor, is also sized according to the product and the type of dosage to be carried out.
The dosage can be either batch or continuous.
