To complete the range of dosing systems for powders and granules, BHT can supply dosing process control systems for single dosing units or for groups of dosing units / dosing stations.
The control software is entirely produced by BHT and can be customized on request.
The dosage processes that the software controls are:
– continuous / batch volumetric dosage
– continuous gravimetric dosage
– batch gravimetric dosage (typically for packaging applications)
– pneumatic suction conveyance
– composite systems (dosage + pneumatic conveying)
The software can also manage the entire plant, from extraction to transport to dosing, interfacing with other process machines.
BHT control systems are mainly based on Siemens components, however other budget-friendly solutions are also available.
